Dr. Delfino Crescenzo received his undergraduate degree from Manhattan College in New York City, New York and earned his medical degree from the University of Bologna in Bologna, Italy. Following this, he completed his internship and residency training at The Jamaica Hospital in Jamaica, New York. To advance his training further, Dr. Crescenzo pursued a series of clinical fellowships: Hematology at The Jamaica Hospital and Oncology at Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center in Bronx, New York. Additionally, he received fellowship training in thrombosis and hemostasis.

Dr. Marco Ayulo is a distinguished hematologist at Cancer Care of Dublin in Dublin, GA. With certifications from the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology, Dr. Ayulo brings extensive expertise and dedication to his practice. He emphasizes a comprehensive approach to treatment, integrating the latest advancements in hematology and oncology to offer his patients the best possible outcomes. Through compassionate care and expert guidance, Dr. Ayulo aims to support his patients throughout their treatment journey and ensure they receive the highest quality of care.

Dr. Sini Bijoy earned her Doctor of Medicine from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine, and completed her Internal Medicine residency and her Hematology and Oncology fellowship at Richmond University Medical Center in New York. She is passionate about providing compassionate, personalized, evidence-based care, and she especially values building meaningful relationships with her patients — helping them feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their care. Outside of the office, Dr. Bijoy is a proud mom who loves spending time with her family; when she is not caring for patients you can often find her trying new recipes, solving escape rooms, or building forts with her son. She also values her faith and staying active. Dr. Bijoy is thrilled to join the practice and looks forward to getting to know her patients and the community.

Dr. Sneha Bijoy completed her Internal Medicine residency and her Hematology and Oncology fellowship at Saint Michael’s Medical Center in New Jersey, and is board certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology. She is deeply committed to evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s own needs, values, and goals, and she is especially passionate about practicing in a community setting, where she can build trusting relationships with patients and their families. Her goal is for every patient to feel heard, respected, informed, and supported. Outside of the office, Dr. Bijoy enjoys spending time with her niece and nephews, exploring new restaurants, and solving escape rooms. She treasures time with her family and is thrilled to join the practice, looking forward to becoming an active and caring part of the community.
Hematology & Anemia Care
Dr. Alexander Landsman is a board-certified internal medicine physician dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive, patient-centered care. He earned his medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, New York, where he stayed on an additional year as Chief Resident and further developed his clinical, leadership, teaching, and mentoring skills. He then practiced in an outpatient setting within a Federally Qualified Health Center in Brooklyn, caring for a diverse patient population and building extensive experience in primary and preventive care as well as the management of complex medical conditions. He joined Premier Hematology as a full-time provider, where his work centers on the evaluation and management of hematologic conditions, including anemia and iron deficiency.

Shani Spector is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s in Nursing from Stony Brook University. She brings a wealth of expertise in in-patient oncology, hematology, and infusion services. Beyond her commitment to patient well-being, she finds balance by staying active and spending time with her husband and children. Yocheved Brazil is an adult primacy care nurse practitioner who specializes in hematology and women’s health. She completed her Associates in Nursing at the Phillip’s Beth Israel School of Nursing, bachelors of science in nursing at Thomas Edison University and then earned her Master of Science degree at Stony Brook University. She is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Ariella Goldhammer is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner, holding a Master’s in Nursing from the College of Mount Saint Vincent. With a focus on primary care, hematology, and infusion services, Ariella brings a diverse range of expertise to our team. Outside of work, she dedicates her time to volunteering in her community, finding joy in giving back to her community.

Santoria Felton, FNP-C is a dedicated nurse practitioner specializing in hematology and oncology, committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals navigating complex blood disorders and cancer diagnoses. With a strong clinical foundation and a deep sense of empathy, Santoria focuses on delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care while supporting patients and their families through every stage of treatment. She is especially passionate about patient education and advocacy, empowering individuals to understand their diagnosis, treatment options, and overall health.

Yaakov Perlstein is a Family Nurse Practitioner with considerable experience in hematology and oncology care. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Pace University in New York City, and is board certified as an FNP by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and as an advanced oncology nurse practitioner by the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC). He works closely with patients and their families to develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans that address each person’s unique needs and goals. His clinical expertise includes the evaluation and management of a wide range of benign hematologic conditions, as well as treatment plan coordination and symptom management for medical oncology patients across the spectrum of cancer diagnoses. Outside of his professional practice, he is most proud of his family, including his wife and four children. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering, running, and cycling.
