Dr. Delfino Crescenzo received his undergraduate degree from Manhattan College in New York City, New York and earned his medical degree from the University of Bologna in Bologna, Italy. Following this, he completed his internship and residency training at The Jamaica Hospital in Jamaica, New York. To advance his training further, Dr. Crescenzo pursued a series of clinical fellowships: Hematology at The Jamaica Hospital and Oncology at Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center in Bronx, New York. Additionally, he received fellowship training in thrombosis and hemostasis.

She completed her Associates in Nursing at the Phillip’s Beth Israel School of Nursing, bachelors of science in nursing at Thomas Edison University and then earned her Master of Science degree at Stony Brook University. She is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Yaakov Perlstein is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than six years of experience in hematology and oncology care. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Pace University and is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). His clinical expertise includes the evaluation and management of a wide range of benign hematologic conditions, as well as treatment plan coordination and symptom management for medical oncology patients across the spectrum of cancer diagnoses. Outside of his professional practice, he is most proud of his family, including his wife and four children. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering, running, and cycling.
